Combined Services Polo at Tidworth

Tidworth Polo Club Tidworth Polo Club (TPC), situated 6 miles west of Andover, was the centre of Army polo from 1908. Today, members from all 3 services and a very significant civilian membership play together in a lively and friendly atmosphere. The famous Fisher and Tattoo grounds are amongst the most handsome in England and 2 grounds nearby at Perham Down are excellent in wet weather. The club now has the 3rd largest playing membership in the country and has become a byword for genuine low goal polo excellence.
Facilities Facilities available at the club include 6 grounds, indoor school, wooden horse, livery, winter grazing, pony hire, 5 HPA coaches who run many clinics and courses form novice to more advanced levels. Polo is played at TPC on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season.
Royal Navy at Tidworth Polo Club The RNPA keeps its string of 6 polo ponies at Tidworth, available for hire by RN personnel. If you are new to the game, the 2 and 3-day courses are fantastic value. Instruction by qualified coaches is available at discounted prices for RN players.
