RN & RM Angling Association

The RN&RM Angling Association consists of four disciplines: Carp, Coarse, Game & Sea Sections. Each section has a busy event calendar and this information is kept up to date on the Association’s website (link – use the one already on the PDEV site). The RN&RM AA also has a forum where details of the matches and entry forms are regularly posted. Tthe RN&RM AA objectives are:

a.      to encourage and support the sport of competitive angling at all levels of ability throughout the Royal Navy and Royal Marines;

b.      to sponsor Service, Command and National competitions that may be considered suitable by the Central Committee;

c.      to select and manage representative teams to participate in Inter-Service, National Angling Championships and other RN Representative matches of the Game, Sea, Coarse and Carp Disciplines;

d.      to form the necessary body for affiliation with National and International bodies in pursuit of the other objectives.

Anglers of all abilities are welcome to join and benefit from every level of event including novice’s coaching all the way to National Team events.
